Exam "OE"

Objectives:

1. Optimize student scores.

2. Achieve the objectives of the semester.

3. Make exams fair exams according to the abilities of the students.

Process:

Step 1.  Write the objectives or topics of the exam.

Step 2. For each objective or topic, write at least two questions.

Step 3. The student will select a question for each topic or objective selected.

Step 4. The question selected by the student is graded for obtaining the final result.

Explanation:

Step 1: Write the objectives or topics of the exam.

It is important to make clear the objectives that you want to achieve. These should be mentioned before the exam, and during the exam.

Step 2: For each objective or topic, write at least two questions.

Each topic or objective should have at least two questions. The difference between them is the degree of difficulty. The important is that the topic is understood and completely clear.

Step 3: The student will select a question for each topic or objective selected.

The student will choose a question from each objective, because the degree of difficulty can be subjective for each student, but by answering any question the student can demonstrate that he fully understands the topic.

Step 4: The question selected by the student is graded for obtaining the final result.

The results are totally fair since students have the freedom to choose the question they want to answer according to their abilities, but students demonstrate full understanding of the topic.
